As many of my readers know I was soon on my way to moving out of state to be with Mr. Dogtags...
Yesterday, Mr. Dogtag's grandfather passed away. He was such a wonderful man.
Just last week I had dinner with him and spent all night marveling in old stories of his life in the military. I loved every minute of it. I feel so honored to have had him in my life for these last 7 years.
Mr. Dogtags and I will miss him very much.
My move is on hold for now, and we are currently in the process of trying to get Mr. Dogtags on a flight home so he can spend some time with his family to grieve the loss and attend the funeral.
I just don't know how to feel right now.
